Before jetting off to Brazil to be with his wife - who suffered a plastic surgery “scare” - Usher was in Vegas hanging with Jermaine Dupris and getting inked!

The Love In This Club crooner went to Starlight Tattoo in the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino in Sin City this past weekend, where where legendary tattoo artist Mario Barth was working on a sleeve that holds spiritual meaning for Usher.
